What is the difference between Dig Lit, Dig fluency, Digital Technologies | Hangarau Matihiko Curriculum (DT | HM), and digital technologies? How might they change the way that you organise learning in your school? Why is being digitally fluent important for learning across the curriculum in your school?

In this course, you will learn:

  • What research says about digital technologies and how digital technologies can support learning
  • The implications of the DT | HM curriculum for your school/kura, learning area
  • How you can develop what you do in your classroom to develop digital fluency

Learning outcomes

Course participants will be able to:

  • Understand and prepare for the DT | HM Curriculum
  • Understand the possibilities of creating with Digital Technologies
  • Integrate the DT | HM curriculum into their school/kura/subject area

  • Weekly 45 minute webinars - these are recorded so can be attended live or accessed in your own time
