As leaders, you are aware of the need to bring people with you as you initiate the Community of Learning (CoL). This workshop will explore a number of strategies that would be useful for helping people think about why they are part of a CoL, and what sort of problem solving is required. Activities will help attendees see the power of professional collaboration.
Note: Attendance is open whether you have submitted an expression of interest in being part of a CoL, are already part of a CoL, or if you are still exploring your options.

Learning outcomes

Participants will:

  • Discover what is needed to initiate a CoL
  • Learn strategies and activities to help with the process.

*A 20% discount applies for groups of 5+ people and 15% for groups of 3-4 people from the same school or centre.
