    Shay Wright Keynote Shay Wright (Te Rarawa, Ngā Ruahine, Ngāti Ruanui) is the co-founder of Te Whare Hukahuka and the first keynote speaker for uLearn19. His work and aspirations fit perfectly with the conference theme, Kirirarautanga / Citizenship, which he will expand upon as the first keynote speaker at CORE uLearn19.
