	<description><![CDATA[<p>Some useful info here supported by a couple of prompting questions:</p><div><ul style="padding-left: 31px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"><li>How do we identify and eliminate barriers preventing people from having meaningful meetings?</li>
	<li>How are we responding to diversity?</li>
	<li>How do you know who it suits and who may feel excluded?</li>
