    The day Sparklers was officially launched back in 2017 was the day I met Anna. Anna was one of the key foundational writers for this wellbeing site. 

    If you are a teacher with children at home you may also be experiencing some parent angst. This might be a double whammy as you are trying to both negotiate your own children and those that you teach.  

    With this Anna offers us some soothing advice both from a personal and professional space.
