Learning outcomes

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

  • be introduced to the science of wellbeing
  • have an understanding of the pillars that make up wellbeing
  • understand how strengths spotting, positive emotion, gratitude and our relationships can influence our wellbeing and others
  • explore ways of engaging whānau in the language of strengths to support wellbeing.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is best suited for leaders, educators, learning assistants, RTLB, Senco, social workers in schools (SWISS) and youth workers.
