Are you wanting to build your collaborative practice in a secondary school setting? In this very practical workshop participants will use tools and strategies for fostering, developing and enabling effective collaboration within subject teams or faculties. Ways of developing cross-curricular and/or inter-departmental partnerships to enable future focused practice will also be shared.

Learning outcomes

  • understand what collaboration looks like for secondary teachers
  • develop an understanding of some strategies to ensure collaboration is an intended and inevitable part of teacher practice
  • explore strategies and develop an understanding of the benefits of cross-curricular / inter-departmental partnerships & projects.
