Participants in this workshop will learn about and experience strategies for creating collaboration within and across teams, or even the whole school. The focus will be on ways of supporting teachers or educators to develop skills and strategies for their own collaborative practice. Practical and concrete examples will be shared and participants will leave with a range of strategies they can put into action in their own settings.

Learning outcomes

Participants will:

  • explore ways of obtaining clarity of purpose and direction in teams
  • explore change theories
  • understanding change leadership practices and strategies
  • explore ways of developing and sustaining collaborative teams.
