Come along and find out ways you can effectively incorporate coding and robotics into your classroom programme. You will be introduced to and have a chance to use several affordable robots that are helping teach children problem solving, creativity and critical thinking. This workshop is primarily intended for those new to coding and robotics and wanting to begin incorporating them into their programmes.

Learning outcomes

Participants will:

  • understand why computational thinking is an essential skill for all learners
  • examine how computational thinking can teach problem solving, creativity and critical thinking within the learning environment
  • have an opportunity to be hands-on with a range of coding, robotics and programming activities.
