About me

I consider myself, a lifelong learner and takes every day as a learning experience. As a prospective educator, I believe my philosophy and teaching styles may change throughout my teaching career and I want to remain receptive to suggestions and open for improvement. I appreciate the Early Childhood curriculum, Te Whāriki, which weaves together the different principles and strands that are of utmost importance in the overall development of a child. As an educator, I try to instil in the children a deep love and respect for themselves, others and their environment. I believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially.

Coming to New Zealand was a total change in my life and I value the multicultural society here. My husband is an Electronics engineer. We are blessed with a daughter and a son. Currently, I work as a Kaiako in University of Auckland Early Childhood Centre since 2016. I am excited to be a part of Edspace and hope to learn further from the Experts in this field. the Alten road Early Childhood centre. I look forward to meeting you all!Smile
